Cancellation Policy

Payment is required in full at the time of booking or purchase for individual coaching, classes, online courses, and digital products. Coaching appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments and cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are nonrefundable. Multi-session coaching packages are prepaid, nonrefundable, and must be used within six months of purchase. For virtual coaching sessions, please join from a reliable internet connection with your device charged and ready. Bring any questions or goals you would like to address. Coaching provides personalized technology instruction and guidance, not device repair, managed IT, or emergency technical support. We will never ask for your passwords or verification codes. Live classes and courses may be canceled for a full refund at least seven days before the first session. Cancellations within seven days and missed classes are nonrefundable. Self-paced courses and digital products are nonrefundable once access or materials have been provided, except as required by law. If Digital Confidence Studio cancels a service, clients will be offered an opportunity to reschedule or receive a refund for services not delivered.
