In-Person Digital Confidence Session - 90 minutes

Cancellation Policy

Payment is required in full when you book your in-person coaching session. You may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice; missed appointments and cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are not refundable. In-person sessions are offered in Northbrook and nearby communities; a $35 travel fee applies to locations 15 or more miles outside Northbrook. Please have the relevant device charged and ready, and bring any questions or goals you would like to address. Coaching provides personalized technology learning and guidance, not device repair, managed IT, or emergency technical support. I will never ask for your passwords or verification codes.
